Why need to replace trunk latch?
Trunk lock wouldn't engage on the actual hook down the bottom
Rear Trunk latch can't closed, lock or unlock remotely
The original latch actuator was broken/damge
How to install rear trunk lid lock latch actuator?Remove the guard plate.
Take trunk release cable and side pin, loosen bolts.
Link the new latch and tight bolts, connect the cable and pin.
