• Why is the ice making time not 6 minutes?

  On initial power-up, the unit doesn’t cool quickly. Also, high operating temperatures or larger ice sizes extend ice-making time. It takes about 6-10 minutes per cycle. Ice forms faster once the machine stabilizes or with cold water.

• How often should you clean the ice maker?

  Regularly clean the ice machine (weekly recommended). Use the self-cleaning function or deep clean by opening the lid and wiping with a wet towel to prevent mineral and dirt buildup affecting ice taste and cleanliness.

• How the water shortage alert works?

  There is still a small amount of water in the ice maker, but not enough for a cycle of ice making will cause a water shortage reminder. Please add water in time.
