How and where do you insert the charger? I cannot find any opening to insert cord ans begin charging ?
The charging cord can be found inside the sleep headband attached to the control box. Follow the horizontal seem until you reach the vertical seem. There you will find a small opening. Reach inside with your thumb and forefinger, you can charger.

The light is only on when plugged in. Red for charging, blue for complete charge. Will not play while charging. Put the headphones on. Long press center button until device turns on and voice will tell you if it is connected or ready to pair.
