• 1. Would the reef lights be able to go 24 inch deep for coral?

Yes, Asta 120 saltwater aquarium light uses high-power LEDs combined with 90 degree optical lens, it’s with strong penetrability. Lamp coverage is up to 32 ". Super saltwater penetration to ensure the required illumination of coral at the bottom of the saltwater tank.

• 2. There’re several LEDs look dim, are they faulty?

Asta 120 reef tank light adopts some UV LEDs which is barely visible, it’s normal they looks weak. If you’re not sure whether these are UV, please confirm with seller.

• 3. If you purchase 2, will a single remote control both of them simultaneously or will each require its own remote?

The remote is not specific for only one light, Can not set up multiple lights by one remote at the same time, you need to adjust each coral light separately. If need group control, please buy smart controller.

• 4. Can you control the color of the reef aquarium lights blues reds white separately?

You can’t control each color separately. The LEDs are distributed in 4 channels, for example: Red, green, blue, UV is in one channel. each channel can be dimmed independently.

• 5. Can this light be plugged into a wall timer or are you required to use the remote to turn the reef light on after its been unplugged?

The clip on aquarium light works on a plug in timer. It stores the intensity setting so you don’t have to remote it on/off.

• 6. Do the settings retain for when the timer comes back on the next day? And what if there’s power break?

Yes, our marine aquarium light will run as per your setting. If power cut, the intensity settings will still be restored when power on, but timer needs to be set up again.
