In case your Email id is not registered or added after ordering: The activation Code and Download Instructions can also be found in the Message Center of your Amazon account. Go to amazon.com.au/msg -> Click on Buyer-Seller Messages-> You will find the copy of mail. (Email is auto sent, hence cannot be manually resent. Ignore the "delivery is running late" notification shown by the app. It's an error.)
