Compatibility

G3Pro soundboard performs well on desktop computer, laptop or phones, however, due to the constantly upgrading of systems, we can’t make sure 100% compatible Windows, macOS, iOS and Android systems. If the USB digital connection doesn’t work, please use the 3.5mm TRRS cable to connect your device(Lightning to 3.5mm adapter may be required but not included).

Sound Quality

G3Pro Soundcard is a portable entertaining sound mixer, designed for online live streaming or podcast production, but the sound quality of G3Pro might not be as good as a professional mixer.

BT Connection

BT feature is only for smartphone wireless music input. Limited by distance. Please do not place the too far away from the G3Pro podcast mixer to avoid interference.

Microphone

The microphone is a large diaphragm condenser microphone, pickup is sensitive more than small diaphragm microphone and dynamic mic, recommend using in quiet places, turn on noise reduction function or lower the input volume of microphone. 48V microphone need a phantom power then use XLR to 3.5mm mic cable to connect the G3Pro sound card mic jack.

Loopback Function

Short press the power button to turn ON/OFF Loopback function after power on; During using PC for live streaming or input backing track, you'd better turn on the "Loopback" function, so that the audience can hear the sound from your PC or record the sound inside your PC.

Live Streaming on Camera or Camcorder

The package only comes with 3.5mm TRRS audio cables, and a 3.5mm TRRS to TRS adapter or cable is required when output to a camera or camcorder for live streaming or recording video.
