The plate loaded vest is quick and easy to put on and remains comfortable throughout your workout. Keep your vest securely planted on your chest with the Velcro straps around the waist and adjustable straps at the shoulders.

The dual intake bars are compatible with Olympic weight plates with a 50mm hole.
