"One Step at a Time" is an album that intertwines songs of travel, being in the now, living in the moment and all the while that constant nagging for home. "Gypsy life" speaks of exotic locations and vibrant colors whereas "Been a While" and "Back Home" portray just how special home is and even more so when you have been traveling for extended period of time. "Gliding on Glass" is a finger picking, kick drum, tambourine shifting song about the ocean and riding her amazing waves. The song was used on Bomboras' History of Australian Surfing on the ABC.
