Protea Foods Lekker Traditional Biltong Stokkies are small 'twigs' of beef that are crisp and packed with flavour. Stokkies (meaning 'sticks' in Afrikaans) are carefully handcut thin strips of Premium Australian beef that are marinated in our special traditional spice blend and then naturally air-dried. Biltong is a natural source of protein and healthier than other meat snacks and snack products on the market. The air-drying helps retain core nutrients such as zinc, iron, magnesium and vitamin B12. Biltong is a great snack on-the-go, as a post-workout protein snack, or as a lunch box treat. Comes in 100 g pack.
