Protea Foods Lekker Traditional Biltong Stokkies are small 'twigs' of beef that are crisp and packed with flavour. Stokkies (meaning 'sticks' in Afrikaans) are carefully hand-cut thin strips of Premium Australian beef that are marinated in our special traditional spice blend and then naturally air-dried. Biltong is a natural source of protein and healthier than other meat snacks and snack products on the market. The air-drying helps retain core nutrients such as zinc, iron, magnesium and vitamin B12. Biltong is a great snack on-the-go, as a post-workout protein snack, or as a lunch box treat. Comes in 50 g pack.
