We get Premium Australian beef and handcut them into thin sheets before marinating them our special traditional spice blend and then naturally air-dried over several days. Biltong is a natural source of protein and healthier than other meat snacks and snack products on the market. The air-drying helps retain core nutrients such as zinc, iron, magnesium and vitamin B12.
