Q: Is this fragrance-free? I’m sensitive to any fragrance!

A: Yes, sure, it is absolutely Fragrance-free and chemical-free. Don’t worry about allergies.

Q: Does it have an absorption effect on the fluorescent agent?

A: Dr.Easy Trappers absorb not only dyestuff but also fluorescent agents in some laundry detergents, good product guard heath especially for you with allergies.

Q: If I throw the Trappers into the dryer by mistake, are they dryer safe?

A: Absolutely safe, it won't have any effect on your clothes & dryer.

Q: My clothes have been dyed, can they get rid of the colors?

A: The color trapper doesn’t remove the color that already exists. It works by absorbing all the dyed particles in case it prevent the light clothes from being colored.

Q: Can I use these in a tub of water? I need to wash some clothes by hand.

A: Yes, of course. You can refer to the experiment in our product video, even putting in a water glass, our color trapper can still quickly do a great job.

Q: What should I pay attention to in the amount of the color trapper sheet?

A: For light color, you can use about 1-2 pieces of the color trapper； for medium, you need to use about 2-3 pieces of the color trapper; for dark color, like 4 black and 1 light color, we would recommend 3-6 pieces of the color trapper.

Q: How many times you can use the same color catcher?

A: It is a cleaning product, we recommend you’d better use it only once for one load.

Q: Can it be used in HE washing machines?

A: Sure, it can be used in any washing machine including HE washing machines. Please pay attention that using deep water to make certain all the laundry gets wet.

Q: Does it have the function of removing stains?

A： No, Its function is limited to preventing clothes from dyeing.
