  • 50GB of High-speed 4G LTE Data in the USA (except Alaska). 25GB of High-Speed Data in Canada and Mexico combined. Under Fair Usage Policy, AT&T may slow down data after 50GB usage in USA and 25GB usage in Canada and Mexico combined. Not recommended for use in Alaska.
  • Unlimited Calling within and among the USA, Canada and Mexico. Unlimited Texting, Picture & Video Messages in and from USA, Canada and Mexico to over 100 countries. The SIM card only works on unlocked GSM Mobile/Cell Phones, it will not work on Mobile WIFI Hotspot (Pocket WIFI) Devices. No hotspot/tethering.

Your SIM is not yet activated. No need to call AT&T to activate the SIM Card. We will activate it for you. Activation may take up to 24 hours.
1. Go to our website and submit an activation form. (refer to instructions letter enclosed in the package)
2. Once activation is complete, we will send you an email confirmation.
3. Insert your AT&T SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone as soon as you arrive in USA, Canada or Mexico.
Do not insert SIM while you are overseas. Insert SIM Card when you arrive in USA, Canada or Mexico.
BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:
First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on.
If you're having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Acces Point Name (APN) to:

Any restrictions:
* This is for new mobile number activation only. You cannot transfer mobile number from a different carrier. Not for port-in.
* No Hotspot / Tethering
* AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.
* The SIM Card only works in unlocked GSM Phones. It will not work in Mobile Hotspot/Tethering/Wifi device.
