FAQ's: No Mist or Red light is ON

Please follow the steps below.

1. The unit should be placed on a flat surface without any cloth or anything at the bottom.
2. Make sure the water level is at or below the optimum water line.
3. Make sure the lid is fully locked and sealed.
4. Ensure that the Mist Power ring is located at the bottom of the tube with the narrow end facing downwards. The key point is to make sure the parts are in the right position, so you'll need to make a small adjustment.
5. Finally, try pressing on the spray nozzle and rotating it 360 degrees if it still doesn't work after following the four steps mentioned.

Note: The humidifier may create little or no mist during the winter months when the water is colder—below than 10 degrees Celsius. Kindly make sure the room is at least 15 degrees Celsius and add some warm water.
