The Scosche UAKP Kwik Plug is a 8 AWG quick-release power connection for your amplifiers and active bass enclosures. Connects the positive, negative and remote power wires with the positive, negative and remote amplifier wires. Using a size 3 Allen key, loosen the hex screws on the Kwik Plug to connect the positive, negative and remote power wires on one side of the Kwik Plug and the positive, negative and remote power wires on the other side of the Kwik Plug. To ensure a correct connection is made, one side of the Kwik Plug is marked amplifier and the other is marked power. Once properly wired, tighten the hex screws and then connect both ends of the Kwik Plug together. Capable of taking up to 8AWG cable. Amplifier wires are sold separately. Made from high-quality ABS plastic and gold-plated terminals for durability and long-term use.
