Originally utilising precious Tasmanian hardwood, the company now solely uses sustainable woods for their boards, all without compromising on style and functionality. These Long Grain Cutting/Serving/Carving Boards are cut from the length of timber and showcases the unique grain and dark colouring of acacia wood. With its thick construction, this cutting board is ideal for daily use and can even be used to showcase your antipasto spreads!

Care Instructions:

• Before first use and after each use, simply sponge cutting board with hot, soapy water.
• Never soak your board or place your board in the dishwasher. Do not use a steel brush or steel wool on the surface of the board.
• Periodically (every few weeks if used heavily or depending on household conditions) apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to the surface of the board. Sponge on with a rag and let dry.
• Do not allow moisture of any kind to stand on the board for long periods of time.
• Please note, some foods may stain the timber.
