Epsom salt is known as a bath salt or Magnesium Sulfate. It's a mineral compound with many benefits for Beauty and Household.

Magnesium Sulphate is a natural way to get a fit body. It is excellent after sports and exercise - relaxes tired muscles.

A bath with English salt cleanses and softens the skin, helps the muscles to relax, and ensures a deep, peaceful sleep.

Instructions for use:

• For general skin health and wellbeing - dissolve 400-500 g of English salt in a bath with warm water 37-38°C. Relax and soak for 15-20 minutes. Do not use soap as it will interfere with the action of the salts. Try to rest for about two hours afterward.
• Foot baths - dissolve 1/2 - 2 cups (approx 100g-500g) of salt in a warm foot bath of approx 37°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.
• Body Scrub - add a little salt to a tablespoon of olive oil or shower gel.

Safety Information: For external use only. Must be individually tested. Avoid eye contact. Bath salts are not recommended for hot tubs as too much salt or oil can gum up the water & filter.
