    Some advices if the WIFI connection fails:

    1. Check wifi: (a) 2.4Ghz wifi.(b) Password does not exceed 16 characters (c) Password is entered correctly.
    2. Reset device: use a pin/pen insert the device reset hole for 5 seconds, reset the device.（When the device rings with a "ding-dong" sound, the device is successfully reset.）
    3. When adding a device to the app, select [wifi feeder] instead of [smart feeder].
    4. Please use the APP to contact online support.

    This feeder comes with a built-in timer that can be set to dispense food at specific intervals, making sure your pet is fed on time throughout the day. It can hold up to 8L of pet food, which makes it perfect for both cats and dogs of all sizes.

  1. Login to the App

    Open the Skymee app and register your app account via email or mobile number.

  2. Adding Devices

    Click “+” in the top right corner, and click Add WiFi feeder.

  3. Reset device

    Reset the device with the reset pin until you hear a "ding-dong" sound.

  4. Enter WiFi Password

    Enter WiFi password (2.4G only, 5G not supported)

  5. Connection

    Tip: The reason for connection failure is that the device has not been reset successfully.

  • Will it still feed automatic meals if wifi connection not working?

    Yes, as long as you have AC power or the battery installed inside, it still feeds according to the feeding preset even wifi is down, but you can't access it or do manual feeding if wifi js down.

  • Does this feeder's app have a record of dispensed food?

    Hello yes, the app will have records of manual feeding and automatic feeding.

  • Does the lid on the top lock so the pet can’t take it off?

    Yes, it’s very secure. Lid fits flush with body; locking mechanism requires two-finger pinching method to unlatch.
