Opinel Colorama Stainless Steel #02 Key Ring Knife is a folding outdoor knife featuring a Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel blade. A pure fine-grained alloy with high carbon content (min. 0.40%). Distinguished by good wear resistance, and satisfactory retention. Resistant to corrosion and wear and is easy to sharpen. Comes with Virobloc locking mechanism and a wooden handle with a thong for attachment. The blade has a perfectly derived convex grind which guarantees excellent cutting performance and ensures high strength of the cutting edge. The side edges of the convex grind are convex and flow smoothly from the cutting edge to the back of the blade, allowing us to cut faster and more efficiently compared to, for example, concave grind. French hornbeam wood was used for the handle, with a varnish coating to protect it from dirt and moisture. The handle has a traditional oval profile that widens at the end, making the knife comfortable and secure in the hand. A hole in the handle was used to weave in a thong, which makes it easy to remove the knife from your pocket and allows it to be trolled to your gear.
