Note: When switch to different mode you need to firstly move the switch to the middle to power off and save the file, and wait for 10 seconds, then move to another mode, otherwise, the system may halt, you need to move the switch to the middle and try again.
Voice Recorder Troubleshooting
Q: The first time I used it, it works great, but after few days I try to use it again, it does not work anymore.
A: The voice recorder is powered by lithium battery, the battery still has very slow discharge when you power off the device, normally after 7 days the battery may got low power, at this time, you can not use it directly, you need to charge it before use.
Q: I tried this voice recorder, it can recorder, but I can not playback the recording on my computer.
A: For this issue, you need to check whether the voice recorder is low power or not? If the battery is low, the device can not be recognized by the computer, you may need to charge it first. You also need to move the mode switch to the middle to stop recording and save the file, then connect it to the computer for playback.
Note: Please move the mode switch to voice recording or voice activated position to check whether the blue or red LED light flashes, if it works (means the device is working properly), then move it to the middle and connect it to the computer for playback, if does not work properly, you need to charge it first, 98% problem of the device cannot recognized by computer issue is caused by low battery.
Q: I can not see the LED light during the recording.
A: The LED light of the device will flash 6 times then turn off. When the battery is low, the red and blue LED lights will flash every second till the device power off.
Q: How can I playback by the earphone? I tried but it does not work.
A: You need to plug the USB wired earphone into the earphone socket, and firstly move the mode switch to the middle then move it to right or the left, it will start playback the recorded sounds.
