This frying basket is compatible with the large frying pan from the TechnIQ series. With its diameter of 28 cm and the large surface area allows baking large quantities of food. The meshes are tight to prevent small fries from getting through. Thus, it will be used to fry in oil (fries, nuggets, donuts...) but also to cook fresh ravioli and pasta. The long handle ensures that you do not get burned when handling the hot basket. The edge of the basket features a ridge to rest the basket on the edge of the pan to drain fried foods. The basket should not touch the oil. Made of stainless steel, can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
