Q: I tried this voice recorder, it can record, but I can not playback the recording on my computer.
A: For this issue, you need to check whether the voice recorder is low power or not? If the battery is low, the device can not be recognized by the computer, you may need to charge it first.
Q: I can not see the LED light during the recording.
A: The LED light of the device will flash 6 times then turn off. When the battery is low, the red and blue LED lights will flash every second till the device power off.
