The 27 inch Heritage Glass Rain Gauge, model 484CR, features an antique copper finish and a weatherproof glass tube for a decorative touch to the garden while providing accurate rainfall measurements. The glass tube can measure up to 5 inches (120 millimeters) of rainfall. The measurement increments are displayed in both inches and millimeters and are magnified when filled with water for easier visibility from a distance. A metal funnel sits atop the rain gauge to filter out leaves, bugs and debris from interfering with rainfall collection. Depending on your preference, the rain gauge can be ground mounted with a stake or wall/post mounted with a bracket, mounting hardware and instructions are included.
