- This Tikka masala is a blend of aromatic spices , perfect for making curries and as a flavouring for a variety of Indian dishes.
- Tikka marinade – mix 100g fat free natural yoghurt with 10g spice mix (alter to preference) and coat chicken evenly, marinade for at least 2 hours before grilling, roasting or frying!
- Tikka masala sauce – brown 1 chopped onion and garlic in a pan with 10g spice mix. Blend 400g chopped tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook for 5 mins then remove from heat and slowly add 100g natural yoghurt, stirring continuously.
- Add the marinated chicken to the sauce for a delicious tikka masala curry, or serve the on its own.
- Why not add a little to a breadcrumb coating for chicken or fish to bring the flavours of India to the table?
