Overview: The BOHS Egg and Spoon Race game is a classic party game that can be played individually or in teams. It involves participants walking or running from a starting line to a finish line while balancing an egg on a spoon. The goal is to reach the finish line without dropping the egg. The game can be made more complex by adding obstacles.

Materials:

• Eggs (hard-boiled or plastic)
• Spoons (one for each participant or one for each team)
• A defined starting and finish line
• Obstacles (optional)

1. Give each participant a spoon and an egg.
2. Have the contestants line up at the starting line.
3. At the signal, the contestants must walk from the starting line to the finish line while balancing the egg on the spoon.
4. The first contestant to cross the finish line without dropping their egg wins the game.

Instructions for Team Relay Race:

1. Divide the guests into two teams.
2. Split each team so that half of the team is at the starting point and the other half is at the finish line. If needed, one child can participate twice to make the teams even.
3. Give each team one spoon and one egg.
4. At the signal, the first player from each team starts the race by walking the course to the finish line while balancing the egg on the spoon.
5. Once the first player reaches the finish line, they pass the spoon and egg to the next team member, who then walks back to the starting point.
6. Continue this process until all players on each team have completed the race.
7. If a player drops the egg during the relay, they must pick it up and return to their starting point before attempting the course again.
8. The first team to complete the relay wins the game.

Optional: Add obstacles to make the game more complex. Participants must walk around or navigate these obstacles while still balancing the egg on the spoon.
