31.75mm plastic nut with rubber seal has one end for connecting to a sink.Other end connected to a 32 or 40mm female connector (for soft friction, solvent joints, compression connector).

Note: The unit supplied will be the Alca or Goflex model.Both are almost identical. However, there may be some minor differences in molding, etc.

The diameters of 32.40 and 50 mm are the actual sizes. Some suppliers use slightly smaller or larger fittings but they are also referenced as 32.40 or 50mm fittings. To make sure your fittings are compatible, measure the inner diameter of your fittings to ensure proper sealing/fitting.

Some solvent pipes use a larger pipe diameter. So measure your hose and fittings diameters to ensure the correct size.Our sizes quoted are real: 40mm = 40mm.Also note that adding glue can resolve size differences.

Small size difference to be considered.

The British Standard for Thread has been adopted internationally to connect the ends of a pipe by connecting a male end with a female end.

The standard lists 16 thread sizes (from 1.6 to 15.2 cm). Size originally based on the internal diameter of a steel tube for which the thread was intended. People often refer to the outer diameter of the male thread.
