- The Latina Series 250 mm ham knife is designed with a long and thin blade for cutting ham and meats. It is specifically designed to remove the fat from Iberian ham. It can also be used for cutting meats. It has a long, thin and flexible blade that makes it easy to remove the skin, while its smooth edge glides smoothly when cutting.
