- PROHIBIT FORCED ENTRY – Use our strong, durable deadlock, featuring a jimmy-resistant design, to prohibit forced entry by the spreading of door frames. It provides added security to your home by securing your door to its jamb and includes a tamper-resistant shutter guard to deter unwanted entry.
- DURABLE CONSTRUCTION – Constructed of diecast metal with a white finish, this single cylinder deadbolt is strong, high quality and durable, giving you peace of mind that your home will remain protected against intruders.
- EASY INSTALLATION – Installation is quick and easy, with instructions included. The deadlock is a surface-mounted, cross-bolt locking device which can be mounted to 1-3/8” to 2-3/8” thick, wood or metal doors. It can be installed inside or outside, on left- or right-hinged doors.
- INCLUDES - This door lock includes an angled strike, a rim cylinder, two keys (keyed differently), a cylinder trim ring, fasteners, a mounting plate, instructions and a tamper-resistant shutter guard. This lock requires a 1-1/4” hole and uses Segal keyway.
- INSTALLATION TIP - Snap-off or cut-off end sections of tailpiece as needed, if it is too long for your door. Having the tailpiece too long can negatively affect the performance of the lock.
