Storm dry was developed and released by Safeguard Europe in 2009 with the aim of creating a highly effective, breathable, colourless brick sealer. In 2015 Storm dry became the only masonry protection cream to be BBA certified (certificate number: 15/5198). BBA testing showed that the product will remain effective as a water repellent for a period of 25 years. It is supplied in the form of a deeply penetrating ‘cream’ that is applied to the wall surface in a single coat using a roller or brush. Once Storm dry has been applied it will permeate deeply into the masonry before curing to form a water-repellent barrier. Tested to BS EN ISO 15148:2002 on a wide range of substrates - including bricks, mortars, and sandstone. Manufactured in the UK under an ISO9001/14001 quality and environmental management system.
