Cross The Mountain is the first solo album from guitarist Karl Demata studio musician and lead guitar player in several bands including Crippled Black Phoenix, The Original Rabbit Foot Spasm band etc. As a studio musician Karl collaborated with artists ranging from Hazel O'Connor and producer Martin Rushent to David Eugene Edwards 16 Horsepowers, Wowen Hand. With influences ranging from Cream, Mountain, Led Zeppelin and The Allman Brothers Band, 'Cross The Mountain' is a guitarheavy album full of bluesrock power trio flavors that is not afraid of exploring more contemporary and diverse influences from the psychedelic hints of 'Cross The Mountain' to the Americana suggestions in 'Never Come Around' or the Floydtinged 'The Circus'.
