To find out what your wheel diameter is check your tyre side wall - this is the number displayed next to the R on your tyre for example "R15 to R16". If possible, remove the object which has caused the puncture and deflate the tyre completely. Shake can vigorously before use (NOTE: In cold weather, warm the can first using your hands or from the heater inside your car). Move vehicle to position the tyre valve to the top of the wheel. Clear the valve and screw the Flat Mate tube onto the valve. Remove the cap cover, hold the can inverted and press the button to release the foam until the tyre is firm. Immediately drive car for approximately 6-8 miles (10-14km) to allow Flat Mate to spread evenly in the tyre and seal the puncture. Check and adjust the tyre pressure as required.
