- PROTECTION & PROPERTIES - WEICON Zinc Spray provides long-lasting cathodic corrosion protection for all metal surfaces. It forms a fast-drying, firmly adhering protective layer of fine zinc particles, ensuring permanent protection.
- DETAILS & STRENGTH - The rust protection spray is heat-resistant from -50°C to +300°C and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is dust dry after 15 minutes and fully cured after 24 hours. The color options include matt grey, anthracite, and weathered hot-dip galvanized. In salt spray tests according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts showed no corrosion after over 550 hours.
- INDOOR AND OUTDOOR APPLICATION - The weatherproof rust protection paint serves as a primer, sealer, and coating for welding and drilling points, protecting a wide range of surfaces including fences, pipes, tanks, machine parts, gates, and more. WEICON Zinc Spray is suitable for use as a primer, adhesion primer, underbody protection, and protective varnish for cars, gutters, and fences.

The spray can be applied to any metal surface and provides an optimum protective layer even under extreme weather conditions. The colour of the spray is similar to a fresh hot-dip galvanised coating and is therefore ideal for use on light-coloured metal surfaces. Users can also use the spray to coat welding and drilling points.
