Each box contains a sachet of icing mixture and step-by-step easy instructions so you can create this popular cake. Baking Note: to ensure a thick cake batter please use room temperature eggs and softened butter (rather than melted). Dairy & Lactose Free Friends: Can use either the Liddell’s Cream Cheese Spread or a Soy Cream Cheese to making the icing. Also available in 3kg foodservice packs from foodservice distributors. Creative Variations: Crumble some cake sprinkle around the outsides. Add an extra layer to your cake for a triple layered cake. If your cake batter is not thickened during beating make sure you are using room temperature eggs and try softened butter (rather than melted).
