Question 1: What if the camera prints nothing? Answer 1: Please reinstall the print paper in the other side.

Note: Put the print paper in the right direction. If the paper is in the wrong side, the camera will print nothing.

Question 2: After a period time of use, the photos the camera prints become unclear. What should I do? Answer 2: Please wipe the print head with a wet tissue or alcohol.

Question 3: Why I can not tear the photo easily?

Answer 3: When you close the door of the paper slot after you install the print paper correctly, make sure you leave an extra 1-inch paper. Then when you tear the photo, tear it upwards.

Question 4: Does this instant print camera has CE certificate? Answer 4:Yes, you can see the CE at the bottom of the packing box back.

Question 5: There is no TF card. Answer 5: There is a TF card slot at the side of this camera, and the TF card is already installed in the slot.

Question 6: There is no color pencils and stickers. Answer 6: Our camera have 6 color pens and 3 pieces of sticker.

The camera has two layers of packaging. Firstly, open the product packaging box and you will see a camera inside; then take out the camera, and take out the white plastic packaging that contains the camera, and you can find the colored pens and stickers underneath.

Question 7: If you want the pic./video more clearer, go to the "settings", choose "Print Density" to 3 or 4, and "Camera Resolution" to 12M, and Video Resolution to "1080P"
