Place webbing around the load to be secured. Attach hooks to solid anchor points. 2. Feed free end of webbing through ratchet reel and pull until tight ( Fig.1 ) 3. Tighten strap by ratcheting the handle back and forth until load is well secured. There should be a minimum of 2 full wrap of webbing around reel when strap is tight. 4. To lock ratchet, always leave handle in closed position. ( Fig.1 shows closed position ) 5.
