Is it safe for children to use this doodle board?

We recommended that children aged 3 + use a tablet with an embedded coin battery, and that small children should not be allowed to touch it unless they are supervised by an adult.

Why won't my new writing board erase?

(1) Check if the hold button is on, please let it be off when you want to erase.

All the writing tablets we shipped to the amazon warehouse were brand new. During delivery, spots or scratches may occur due to the sensitivity of lcd screens. Unlock the lock key to erase the whole screen for the first time use.

If I lose my pen, can I buy a new one?

Yes. You can buy a new stylus on Amazon, or write with a stick or fingernail
