Sarson's Malt Vinegar has been brewed and matured in vats using a traditional process. Our history starts in 1794, when we first started making vinegar. Today, we make six million litres of Sarson's vinegar every year. We've been producing vinegar the same way for over 200 years, using quality British ingredients such as malted barley and water. All these lovely ingredients contribute to the 15 million bottles of Sarson's we produce every year!.
