This is a 1/2 jin model of the authentic series. The height and slope are lower than one loaf, so it is recommended for those who want to bake voluminous bread. Comes with a lid so you can change the way you bake it. Also, since it is not intended to be fired by empty, you can use it immediately by simply washing it with a light wash. All Japanese materials are used and carefully crafted products are unique to our company.
[Regarding handling of MB Teflon treated products]
Teflon is not suitable for baked goods with high sugar content, so please keep the sugar content understated.
The Teflon heat resistant temperature is up to 488°F (230°C), so please use it at temperatures below.
After using, lightly wash with mild detergent, wipe away moisture well and dry in the oven, and store in a place with low humidity.
This product is a commercial top board, so there may be some scratches or scuffs that are inevitable due to the press process at the time of manufacturing, but we cannot accept returns for such reasons.
● Fine scratches, etc. due to shipping and packaging, etc., will not be eligible for returns.
Teflon is several times more durable than silicone, but please handle with care when using.
