Q：Does this dp to usbc adapter work for smart phone to tv connection?

A： Yes. If your smart phone/ Tablet/ Laptop support DP ALT Mode (Video Output), it will work.

Q : How to set mirror mode for Windows 10 laptop?

A : For Windows 10 laptop, if you want to duplicate your laptop's desktop, you can go to Windows Menu--> Settings--> Display--> Advanced Display Settings, set your laptop's resolution same as or lower the resolution of external monitor.

Q : The adapter doesn't work.

A : If your USB-C host supports DP Alt Mode but the displayport adapter does not work, we suggest you:

1. Use a shorter and higher quality DP cable (under 16ft) to try again. Also please make sure the DP cable is stable connected and do not move your laptop and cable during use.

2. Go to the official website of your laptop, update the BIOS and graphics driver, then restart your laptop to try again.

3. Set the laptop's resolution same as or lower 1080P.

Q : When I connect to my cellphone/ laptop, it has bad connectivity and the video keeps flickering.

A : 1. Keep your cellphone/ laptop screen always light.
