  • 1 tablespoon witch hazel or aloe vera gel
  • 5-10 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil (optional, for a calming scent)
Instructions:
  1. In a clean spray bottle, combine the distilled water and witch hazel or aloe vera gel (if using). The witch hazel or aloe vera can help soothe and tone the skin.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons carrier oil (e.g., coconut oil, sweet almond oil, or jojoba oil)

Instructions:
  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of your preferred carrier oil with 5-10 drops of peppermint essential oil.
