Seasoning Instructions

Wash the iron pan thoroughly with hot water, dry it, and then heat it gently over a low flame to evaporate any remaining moisture.

Put raw lard into the pan, hold it with chopsticks and keep rubbing the inner wall of the pan to make the oil evenly coat the entire inner surface.

Repeat step 2 until the lard no longer turns black (approximately 3-4 times). After letting it sit for several hours, it can be used, as this will form a protective layer on the surface of the iron pan.

Wash the iron pan with hot water, dry it thoroughly, heat it over medium-low heat to evaporate any residual moisture, then coat the inner walls with vegetable oil. The "pan seasoning and maintenance" is now complete.
