How do I install tubeless tyres?

Step 1:

Mount the valve on the steel ring.

Step 2:

First, insert the tyre lip into the rim of the wheel hub on one side and adjust the angle so that the tyre lip fits the edge of the wheel hub.

Step 3:

Place the rim and tyre on the floor (a pallet would be even better) and leave the tyre on top of the rim. Press the bead completely into the hub with a tool, such as a wrench.

Step 4:

When the tyre lips are pressed into the rim on both sides, press the place near the tyre lips together with your hands so that the two tyre lips are close to each other and form a closed area. Then press the two sides firmly to the position of the air nozzle with your hands, fully embed the tyre lips on both sides and then you can inflate.

Step 5:

The vacuum air nozzle injects air from the inside, and in the previous step, the two bead lips are compressed to create a relatively airtight zone. When the air pressure is sufficient, the two tyre lips are stretched outwards due to the internal air pressure until they fit completely into the groove, and the assembly of the tubeless tyre is complete.

Please note:

After assembly, check the dynamic balance of the wheel and charge the tyre pressure according to the season. In addition, manual installation is not recommended for efficiency and safety reasons, as this is generally performed by skilled workers on mechanical workbenches.
