1.How to choose the right size?
Please buy one size bigger than your waist size. If you happen to order bigger size, just trim the belt to fit.
2.HOW TO CUT THE BELT TO FIT?
The size will fit you well if you follow the size choice method. But if you happen to buy one size bigger, you can cut it to fit. What you need to do is to take the belt without the buckle and wrap it around your waist.And then pry the teeth of the buckle with the small tool and use a pair of kitchen shears or scissors to cut the belt. Give yourself a little room for "growing" and cut it at the end that is not tails. After you have done that, then you can insert the flat end that you just cut into the bottom of the belt and close the clamp. The teeth will keep it in place.
