Chest Binder Using Tips

• Do not using tapes or certain types of bandage;
• Measure yourself, finding the right size binder ftm;
• Don't wear it for too long;[No more than 8-10 hrs a day];
• Keep it clean, hand wash it regularly and separately in cold water and handing to air dry
• Don't wear a binder transgender to sleep;
• Able to take deep breaths in your binder trans without difficulty
• Don’t wear more than one chest binder;
• Listen to your body;
