Anti-overflow function：

Turn the switch on (indicator light displays red), just need 3-4 minutes for the coffee to start boiling and foaming up. Then the anti-overflow sensor begins to work. The unit will repeat the process of foaming up (indicator light continuous transforms between red and green) till auto shut-off after 10 minutes. So the coffee will never spill out.

Note:
You can decide the number of foaming up according to different coffee types and personal preferences, and stop it manually.

Warning :
1. Please take into consideration when putting in the coffee powder, if extras such as spices and condiments are added, pour less water in the pot, otherwise it will interrupt the anti-overflow feature, as it is designed and tested without the spices and condiments, just purely using coffee powder.

2. Do not immerse the appliance into the water or put it into wet place for electricity shock hazard.

How to make köpük with this Turkish/Greek coffee pot:

1. For its first use, please clean the inners of the coffee pot with clean water

2. For 1 Cup of coffee, put 1 tea spoon coffee power and 1 or more tea spoons(depend on your taste) of sugar into the pot. For more coffee, put more coffee power and sugar into the pot as you wish

3: Then pour 100ml or more water into the pot
Notice: Do not exceed the Max Level (About 200ml, if there is spices/condiments put less water)

4. Mix coffee powder and other spices/condiments thoroughly

5. Put the pot on the base and plug the coffee pot to a wall outlet

6. Turn on the switch, the indicator light on the switch will display red color

7. After 3-5 minutes, the indicator light will display Green, then continuous transform from Red to Green.

8. At this time you can take the pot off the base and get the finished coffee. If you want to boil more, you can wait until the coffee boiled repeated for a couple of times.

9. The Turkish/Greek coffee will never spill out because of our patented technology.

10. The appliance will automatically stop after 10 minutes or so. It also can be forced to stop by pressing the power button once, making sure there are no more lights.
