Troubleshooting:

Q.Why does the color selected in the APP not match the actual light color?

A: When in use, please make sure the "modify pin sequence" in the APP settings options is GRB.

Q.How to factory reset the main and sub-devices?

A: The main device and the sub-device are restored to factory settings for 3 times of continuous power-on and power-off.

Tips: We do not recommend cutting, as it will effect its using. If need to cut, please cut between 2 VDG

Q. Why does my smart light strip not feel bright enough compared to my desk lamp?

A: Smart light strips are mainly used to create the atmosphere of theme scenes. Turning on the light strip works better in a dim environment.

Q.What is the sub-device grouping rule?

A: One group can be bound to multiple sub-devices,and one sub-device can only be bound to one group.

If the TV backlights can't match or catch the colors sensitively, please adjust the number of the colors.( The max number is 14)

What should I do if the APP cannot control the lights?

Please try the fllowing methods to check.

(1) Check if the power supply is normal.

(2) Check if the bluetooth is turn on.

(3) Please ensure that only one mobile phone is connected to the light strip.

(4) Check the APP Bluetooth setting if the phone is connected to the device, if connected, exit the APP and reopen it, and the APP will connect automatically.

(5) Normal operations and can not connect, please exit the APP and reopen. Exit the APP-Restart the mobile phone - Open the Bluetooth - Open the light strip- Open the APP. Then they will connect automatically.
