How to Use Your Glow in Dark Temporary Tattoo?
1 Decide where you want to apply the tattoo.Make sure your skin clean and dry before application.
2 Cut the glow in dark tattoo out as close to the edge as possible.
3 Remove the protective transparent sheet and place the design face down onto the desired area.
4 Wet the paper with the wet towel firmly or sponge and wait 30 seconds.
