Why can't my headphone (AirPods ) be charged?

Why can't this wireless charger charge three devices at the same time?
Please make sure you are using QC3.0 18W charging plug and 2A charging cable that come with our charger, making sure the power supply is sufficient & stable. (Note: Power from USB socket of PC/laptop may lead to unstable power supply. )

Is it normal that the charging speed is so slow?
Yes, due to the technical limitations of the industry, the charging power of wireless charging is significantly lower than that of wired charging.

Why my Phone/earbuds doesn't work with case on?
The thick case (>0.2in/5mm) between your devices and the charger may interfere with the inductive charging.So please remove the protective case before charging or try a thinner case.
