How to Use:
1.Twist up an appropriate length of the gel eyeliner pencil core (no more than 2mm is recommended to prevent breakage).
2.Gently lift your eyelid, place the pencil tight against the lash line, and draw smoothly from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
3.Immediately after drawing the eyeliner, use the clean angled blending brush to softly smudge back and forth along the edge of the liner.
