Introducing a wide type from the popular Ernest's "Triple Wave" slicer. The slicer is 4.7 inches (12 cm) wide, so you can slice the cabbage half.

The corrugated cutting blade is designed for sharpness and provides a smooth slice with less resistance. Normally, if you cut 3 at a time the resistance will be greatly increased, but this wavy blade allows you to slice quickly with a light force that won't feel the resistance. The slice is about 0.03 inch (0.8 mm), so it can easily cut fluffy cabbage, like a dragonkatsu.
Safety holder included.
